Our Standard Terms
Adtel Solutions, Inc. believes, that in order to establish a mutually rewarding business relationships, each party must agree to certain aspects of business. We will provide the necessary ingredients to ensure that customers receive the absolute best in sales, service, and support. Our payment practices specify that customers pay a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total job, then 40% upon delivery of the system, and the final 10% will be due after installation and training. As in all situations, there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent this from occurring but we appreciate having this understanding with all our customers. These practices allow us to offer competitive rates by not burdening our costs with uncollected or delayed debts. Delivering what we promise is one of the most important aspects of our company and receiving timely payment for the job is expected and appreciated.

NEC Telephone and Voicemail System Products – 1 yr. Mfr. Warranty
Optional NEC Extended System Protection Plan - 5 yr. Mfr. Warranty
Other Products – 1 yr. Warranty
All Labor – 1 yr. Warranty
Maintenance After Warranty
Adtel Solutions, Inc. may offer, after the initial warranty period, a Maintenance Contract to cover products and labor. The annual maintenance contract fee will be determined based on the products/labor to be covered and the applicable fees at the time the contract is offered to the customer.
